What Culture Creates— An Afrocentric Toy Line takes on Toy Fair NY

The Afro Goddess Warrior Plush Collection has been selected for

Creative Factor Inventor Day at Toy Association’s New York Toy Fair 2023

Atlanta, GA, August 21, 2023– After a successful industry debut at the Las Vegas Licensing Expo this past June, the Afrocentric toy company, AGC Toys Inc. has been selected by the Toy Association to present their story-based line, The Afro Goddess Warrior (Plush) Collection, during a curated exhibition event called Creative Factor Inventor Day; to be held this October during New York Toy Fair 2023.

Some cuddles are more magical than others; and Atlanta, Ga. toy industry startup AGC Toys Inc. will journey to New York City this October to share the magical, plush cuddles of Nova: Goddess of the Universe and all her friends with an elite room of top buyers, manufacturers, and toy industry professionals at Creative Factor Inventor Day during the Toy Association’s annual New York Toy Fair being held September 30th through October 3rd, 2023 at the Javits Center in NYC.

“It’s an absolute honor to have been chosen for Creative Factor Inventor Day,” says Andrea Furtick, Founder & CEO of AGC Toys Inc. “We’re humbled by the love the world is growing for Nova: Goddess of the Universe, but what we most can’t wait to share is her superpower…her differentiating factor— her amazing, action packed story of resilience. In today’s entertainment world, there’s a lot of remaking of past movies and stories happening, and that’s great— BUT the world IS ready for a new story… a new magic… a new shero. The world is ready for Nova, and New York Toy Fair here we come!”

Alongside the expected plush collection, the AGC Toys Design and Development teams are also eager to share the very unique backstory of the characters, as well as a few other select products and adjoining novelties of the collection with both Creative Factor Inventor Day industry guests and Toy Fair attendees. With a master toy license appearing to be in the future for this brand, the world now awaits the news of AGC Toys Inc.’s confirmed partnership.

Stay tuned.
